Fijara is offering a Customer Service Internship for individuals interested in customer relations, support, and client success roles. This 4-month volunteer program provides experience handling customer communications in a technology company.
This internship is designed as a volunteer learning opportunity. You will work with our customer service team, learn professional customer communication practices, and develop skills valuable for customer-facing roles. Compensation may be provided at the successful completion of the program based on your performance.
During the 4-month internship, you will learn customer service fundamentals including professional communication, issue resolution, documentation, empathy in difficult situations, and using support tools. You will handle actual customer interactions under supervision and develop the interpersonal skills that are essential for customer success roles.
We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, patience and empathy, professional demeanor, commitment to the 4-month program, and genuine interest in helping customers succeed. Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required as long as you demonstrate the right attitude and communication abilities.
