The Challenge
FindVil required a scalable, AI-driven platform capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users while continuously running background job searches and generating personalized resumes and cover letters in real time. The system needed to handle 10,000+ concurrent users with low latency, reliably execute long-running background tasks, and coordinate multiple external job APIs without duplication or data inconsistency. It also required secure user authentication, protected handling of sensitive data, reliable subscription and payment processing, fault-tolerant task execution, and internal analytics to monitor system performance and job match quality at scale.

We built a containerized, AI-ready backend designed to support thousands of concurrent users while running continuous background job searches. A Flask REST API manages orchestration, Redis powers queues, and PostgreSQL with read replicas ensures consistency and high availability at scale.
